While some are entrance scholarships, others assist existing merit students. Usually, beneficiaries are chosen from candidates who apply for any of the University\u2019s full-time programs. This means you must officially send an application and go through the assessment procedures before you are considered.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the assessment, only candidates with outstanding admission coverage will merit this award. More so, TMU is after students who exhibit excellent leadership and creative abilities during the application process. You will need the directions in the post to submit a convincing application. This program aims to ensure bright students can afford quality education. Students who will merit this must be first-year\u00a0students who exhibit extraordinary potential\u00a0both in academic and extra-curricular activities. Three students will benefit from a $5000 non-renewable entrance-only\u00a0scholarship.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Terence Grier Entrance Scholarship: <\/strong>This award celebrates the achievements of the university\u2019s president from 1988-1995. Usually, there is only one recipient for this program, and they will receive full tuition only in their first year.<\/li>\n<li><strong>International secondary school merit scholarship: <\/strong>Beneficiaries for this scholarship must be foreign students who are enrolled in\u00a0a four-year undergraduate degree program at TMU. Applicants who require an 85% final admission average may qualify.
