WHAT YOU NEED TO DO BEFORE DOWNLOADING NVIDIA DRIVER FOR PC
Search your PC specifications on Google
Read the specifications carefully
Check the graphics card of your PC to know if it supports NVIDIA before installing it
If your PC supports NVIDIA Copy the name of your Graphics card.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD NVIDIA GEFORCE 820M DRIVER OR ANY NVIDIA DRIVERS
Firstly click on this link nvidia.com it will redirect you to the official website
Now scroll down to MANUAL DRIVER SEARCH
Click on the first dropdown box to select your driver model e.g. GeForce, Titan, Legacy, etc
Click on the second dropdown and select GeForce 800m series, or select any NVIDIA driver series of your choice
Click on the third dropdown and the bit of your WINDOWS
Now click on START SEARCH
After searching the driver, scroll down click on the latest driver of the GeForce 820m series
Click on download, your download will start immediately
HOW TO INSTALL NVIDIA GEFORCE DRIVER 820M OR ANY OTHER NVIDIA DRIVER
After the NVIDIA driver setup is downloaded, run the setup
You will see a popup on your screen, asking you to specify where you want to extract the setup to
Click on OK, after clicking on OK the setup will start extracting
After the setup is done extracting the main setup will open-up
The setup will now check if your PC is capable of installing NVIDIA driver
Note: This will only take five minutes to check, and if your PC does not have the capability of installing NVIDIA driver, it will clearly show on your screen that your PC does not meet the requirement.
After running the check read the license carefully
After reading the license click on agree and continue
Select Express (recommended) in the installation options
Click on next NVIDIA graphics driver installation will start immediately
After the installation restart your PC
NVIDIA GEFORCE 820M will be successfully installed on your PC.
