Ohhh maybe is because you Haven’t added a BVN, try going to your bank and add BVN.
How about for someone who had a pin before, but had not used account for a couple of months and now each time I want do any transaction or check account balance it keeps saying validate account, and when I follow the process on how to validate or reactivate account it keeps saying NULL.
