SIMPLE TUTORIAL TO STOP GOOGLE CHROME UPDATES ON PC
Before you start close Google chrome browser on your PC
After go to your Administrator (e.g. Trends or any name you used)
Click on view and then check hidden items in the right corner of the page, now you see some hidden files visible on your Computer
After that double click on AppData, Local and then scroll down a bit and open Google folder
After opening the last folder Google you will see a different folder like (Chrome, CrashReports, Update and so on)
Now what we want to work with is the Update Folder, the easiest way to stop Google Chrome update is to rename the Update Folder to No Update
Rename the Update Folder to No Update and then save
After that open Google Chrome on your computer
Click on the three dots in the right corner of the page you will see a dropdown, drop down a bit and click on Help and then About Google Chrome
This will redirect you to the page where Google chrome will check for updates, if you follow this tutorial step correctly you will see an error that error is showing you that Google Chrome won’t update anymore, very easy.
